And e-learning is more effective than face-to-face education in some or many areas because of its ability to provide a better performance for the trainees and supports progress in the field of digital technology, which is the most important field in the present and future eras, by using electronic media in communication, receiving data, acquiring skills and interaction between the trainer And trainees, and this type of training eliminates the presence of classrooms and educational buildings that need material means to provide education.

 

Objectives:

The attendance policy at Watan Al Khaleej Training Company aims to follow up and motivate the trainees’ behavior towards the training process, work values, and commitment, which positively affects the outcomes of the training process.

 

The most important electronic attendance policies:

  • The Center’s management undertakes the process of following up, supervising and monitoring the trainees’ access to the electronic platform.
  • Creating a file for each trainee that includes the username and password
  • Directing the trainee to enter according to the schedule of his lectures through the training and then the notifications sent.
  • Choosing the appropriate time for the trainees to ensure their attendance.
  • Automatically monitor and record electronic attendance and absence of trainees in lectures through virtual classroom systems.
  • Electronic attendance reports are sent periodically to the trainers.

    • Provide a communication mechanism to aid the trainees.
  • Informs the trainees of the electronic attendance rates on the virtual platform. With confidentiality.
  • The student’s non-compliance with the minimum percentages of the “e-attendance” system (at least 25%) – will lead to him not attending the entire training program and depriving him of the certificate.
  • The student is committed to correct behavior during the electronic lectures, and in the event that any of the students violates the appropriate behavior, the trainee may be considered absent.

 

  • Virtual attendance is equivalent to regular attendance.

It is allowed to increase the number of trainees by 25% in the simultaneous virtual halls based on: The type of course or training program the trainer’s experience in providing electronic training If the number of trainees in the program exceeds 50 trainees, a trainer must be added to be an assistant to the main trainer.

 

Types of electronic attendance:

  • Simultaneous: It is a type of education in which the trainer and the trainee meet at the same time with audio and video.
  • Asynchronous: It is a type of education that does not require the presence of the trainer and the trainee at the same time, as the trainer puts his training content on the website, and the trainee can access it whenever he wants by following the trainer’s instructions.
