Activate weekly discussions in assignments and activities with the course teacher to ensure that the student understands and is the one who effectively delivered the assignment or not and within the weekly tasks we mainly find oral discussions and discussion rooms that have a relative weight within the grades of the course in addition to that each week closes his discussion, tasks and discussion rooms and can not  be made available to the student again after the end of the time allocated to them. 

Examine repetitive quarterly work that is not based on the personal efforts of the student and take the necessary action about it. The student’s access to the e-learning system of the center is followed up and monitored and the time of attendance of the lectures is recorded in full.

The electronic tests are opened and the student is received in the presence of a session in the presence of the course instructor or the observer so that at the beginning of the test period the trainee is not allowed to enter the test after 15 minutes from the beginning, as well as the trainee is not allowed to exit the test before the end of the test time

Activate the question bank in all topics of the course so that the tests are created independently from the computer based on several criteria, including learning outcomes, which must be covered by the test items the level of ease or difficulty so that the resulting tests are at the same level for all trainees.

First, irregularities:

Impersonate another person with the aim of applying in his place to enter the test or to agree with another person to apply instead to enter the test.

Failure to comply with the instructions of the tests or the test supervisor regarding the organization of the test, such as refusing to open the applicant’s personal camera or not stopping the contrary behavior alerted to by the test supervisor. 

Second: Penalties

In the event of any violation of the rules, the violator shall be subject to one or more of the following penalties: a warning to be denied entry to any future session. Consider the applicant to be a failure in some or all of the test materials. Cancel the applicant’s results in previous tests. Denial of entry to tests for one or more cycles so that the duration of deprivation does not exceed a maximum of one year.
